I was recently approached by Tara from No Cake For Breakfast and Mel from The Modern Mumma to create a series of Australian animal drawings for Mel's impending new arrival.
The brief for this project is to create something that is my style but not too whimsical as it is for a baby boy and they wanted something that will grow with the baby as he transitions into a toddler.
For this project, I wanted to focus on some well-known as well as the slightly more forgotten Australian animals and as a result settled on a koala, quokka and bilby.
