We take great care in packaging and dispatching your order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Unframed Prints

Unframed prints are carefully packed flat with a backing board and a protective clear sleeve, then posted in a rigid envelope to prevent bending.
Please note: A2 and A1 prints are shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube. A1 prints are printed off-site by a fine art printer and require approximately 2 weeks to process.

Processing Times

  • Standard items (excluding framed prints, custom illustrations, or otherwise specified): dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Framed prints: each frame is custom-made to order and takes 10-15 business days to process. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. We’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.

    Please note: We currently do not ship framed prints internationally.

  • Express shipping (excluding custom work): dispatched via Express Post within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Methods

  • Australia Post is used for all deliveries.

  • Small items (e.g., greeting cards, A4 prints): shipped as letters without tracking.

  • Larger items (A3 prints and above): shipped as parcels with tracking.

  • Original artwork: shipped via Express Post with signature on delivery.

Delivery Issues

Please double-check your delivery address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, you may be responsible for the original shipping fee and any return costs.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Australia using Australia Post with tracking. Delivery times may vary depending on your country.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may incur local duties, VAT, or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. If customs duties go unpaid and the item is refused or returned, we reserve the right to deduct any return costs from your refund.
