Frequently Asked Questions

DO YOU DO COMMISSIONS?

Yes, absolutely! I love creating meaningful, personal pieces that will be treasured for years to come. Whether it's a custom portrait, a botanical drawing, or something a little different, I'm always up for collaborating.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

I draw with Faber-Castell Polychromos artist-grade pencils, my absolute favourite. They’re known for their excellent lightfastness, meaning your artwork won’t fade and will last for generations.
For paper, I usually reach for hot press watercolour paper with a subtle texture, it helps bring out all the fine pencil details.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

Yes! I love working with independent boutiques and small businesses.
If you're interested in stocking my prints or cards, please email me at hello@carmenhui.com with your store details and location. I’ll be in touch within one business day.

CAN I INTERVIEW YOU FOR AN ARTICLE?

I’m always open to sharing my story or chatting about art, small business life, or creative inspiration. Send your questions or a media enquiry to hello@carmenhui.com, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

HOW ARE PRINTS PACKAGED AND SHIPPED?

Unframed prints are packaged with a backing board and clear protective sleeve, then shipped flat in a rigid mailer (A3 and under), or in a sturdy mailing tube for larger sizes like A2 and A1.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with tracking available on parcels.
You can read more about Shipping & Shop Policies here.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! I ship worldwide from Australia with tracking.
Please note that you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I accept returns and exchanges on non-customised items within 14 days of delivery. Please check out the full Returns & Exchanges Policy here for more info.

ARE YOUR PRINTS LIMITED EDITION?

Most of my art prints are open edition, but I do occasionally release limited edition or one of a kind originals. These will always be clearly marked on the product page.
