I want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, I gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-customised items.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Returns must be in original condition and posted in a bend-proof envelope or mailing tube.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted before the item is shipped.
As most items are shipped within 2 business days, please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Due to the handmade and customised nature of some items, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for the following (unless they arrive damaged or faulty):

Return Shipping Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from the refund.
